The Waynesville Band program provides a world-class performing arts experience for our students. Music and movement are the vehicles which allow our students to grow into strong, caring, hard-working, and productive members in their community. The Waynesville Band is highly respected, nationally known, and is building tomorrow’s leaders.

Waynesville offers a comprehensive band program including two concert bands, a jazz band, marching band, pep band, percussion ensemble, and chamber ensembles. The concert bands have received consistent “Superior” ratings at all festivals at the local and state level. The Tiger Pride marching band has grown in size from 130 marching members to 160 this year alone. We are projecting to be between 180 and 200 members over the next few years.
